1月31日-2月1日，中心张永宏教授、梁益坚副研究员受邀参加了由中共中央对外联络部主办在对外经贸大学举行的“金砖国家智库合作中方理事会2018年年会暨万寿论坛”。会议主题为“凝聚中国智慧，开辟金砖合作光明未来”。中共中央对外联络部副部长、金砖国家智库合作中方理事会理事长郭业洲发表讲话。

张永宏教授在“万寿论坛”上就“推动南南合作的新思路”议题做了专题发言。并与参会代表深入交流，探讨加强南南合作的新思路。

金砖国家智库合作中方理事会成立于2017年1月11日，是金砖国家智库合作机制化运作平台“金砖国家智库理事会”五成员之一，扮演着金砖国家智库合作事务中方牵头人的角色。中方理事现有8位副理事长、69家理事单位和71名理事，理事单位“覆盖了政治安全、贸易金融、教育文化、医药卫生、网络科技等多个领域，主要负责金砖国家合作框架下二轨对话交流。理事会是中共中央对外联络部协调国内金砖国家研究机构组建的非法人学术团体，理事长由中联部副部长郭业洲担任。云南大学国际关系研究院首批被吸纳为理事单位，张永宏教授受聘为理事。

From January 31 to February 1, professor Zhang Yonghong and deputy researcher Liang Yijian were invited to Participate in the 2018 annual meeting of BRICS think tank cooperation forum Chinese council-Wanshou Forum, which was Sponsored by International Liaison Department of CCCPC, held at the University of International Business and Economics. The theme of the conference is "to gather Chinese wisdom and open up a bright future for BRICS cooperation". Guo Yezhou, vice minister International Liaison Department of CCCPC and chairman of the Chinese Council for cooperation between the gold brick state think tank, made a speech on the forum.

Professor Zhang Yonghong made a keynote speech on the topic of "new ideas for promoting south-south cooperation" on the "Wanshou Forum". In addition, professor Zhang had in-depth exchanges with representatives of the participating countries to explore new ways of strengthening south-south cooperation.

BRICS think tank cooperation forum Chinese council was established on January 11, 2017; it is one of the five members of the BRICS think tank council; it plays the role of the Chinese leader in the cooperation of the BRICS think tank. The Chinese council has eight vice-chairmen, 69 governing bodies and 71 directors. The governing units "cover political security, trade finance, education culture, medicine and health, network technology and other fields. It is mainly responsible for the dialogue and exchanges between the two countries in the framework of BRICS cooperation. The Council is a non-legal academic body formed by International Liaison Department of CCCPC to coordinate the domestic BRICS national research Institute, with International Liaison Department of CCCPC as its chairman. The first batch of the Institute of international relations at Yunnan university was admitted as a governing unit, and professor Zhang Yonghong was appointed as a director.
