2018年6月21日，全国哲学社会科学规划办公室公布了2018年国家社科基金年度项目和青年项目立项名单。云南大学国际关系研究院党委书记、云南大学非洲研究中心主任张永宏教授申报的《逆全球化背景下的本土化运动研究》获得立项。

张永宏教授长期从事中非关系和发展中国家本土知识战略研究，此次获得国家社科基金立项，是其继完成国家社科基金项目《中非科技合作的现状、问题及对策研究》后又一次获得国家社科基金立项。

Professor Zhang Yonghong achieved a project of the 2018 National Social Science Fund

On June 21, 2018, the National Planning Office of Philosophy and Social Sciences published a list of annual projects and youth projects for the 2018 National Social Science Fund. Professor Zhang Yonghong, secretary of the party committee of the Institute of International Relations of Yunnan University and director of the African Studies Center of Yunnan University, achieved a project of the 2018 National Social Science Fund by the name of Research on localization movement in the background of anti-globalization.

Professor Zhang Yonghong has long been engaged in Sino-African relations and localization research, and has rich academic accumulation and scientific research achievements. Professor Zhang Yonghong's acquisition of the annual project of the national social science fund is a reflection of the accumulation of his long-term research in localization research. It is also a reflection of the active academic research carried out by the African research center of Yunnan University.

Professor Zhang Yonghong had achieved a project of the 2010 National Social Science Fund by the name of Research on the present situation, problems and countermeasures of Sino-African scientific and technological cooperation, which was closed this year. The 2018 National Social Science Fund project marked another project achieved by professor Zhang Yonghong.
