2019年2月26日，中地海外集团有限公司总裁纪为民先生一行到访云南大学非洲研究中心，并与中心师生座谈。
座谈会上，张永宏教授代表中心全体师生热烈欢迎纪为民先生一行的到来，并介绍了非洲研究中心的基本情况、主要研究方向以及取得的系列成果。纪为民先生指出中地海外集团将利用自身长期驻扎非洲的优势，与非洲研究中心开展全方位合作。通过双方合作，取长补短，共同为中非关系的快速发展贡献力量。
与纪为民总裁先生一同访问非洲研究中心的还有中地海外集团有限公司副总裁李序辉先生和助理总裁刘华先生，以及中地海外路桥建设有限公司的总经理崔同金先生、副总经理时才云先生和宁德康先生等。

On February 26, 2019, Mr. Ji Weimin, the President of CGCOC Group, and his delegation visited the Center for African Studies of Yunnan University(CASYNU) and had a discussion with the teachers and students of the CASYNU.
During the discussion, Professor Zhang Yonghong, Director of CASYNU, extended a warm welcome to Mr. Ji Weimin and the delegation. He briefly introduced the development situation of the CASYNU, including its main research direction and achievements. Mr. Ji pointed out that CGCOC Group will take advantage of its long-term presence in Africa to conduct all-round cooperation with the CASYNU, and make joint contribution to the rapid development of China-Africa relations.
CGCOC is a mixed-ownership enterprise jointly funded by state-owned enterprises, management teams, local state-owned assets, overseas key employees and external natural persons. CGCOC has formed three regional centers in Africa, namely the eastern Africa, west-central Africa with English speaking regions and French speaking regions, covering 27 countries. The business field of CGCOC include consulting planning, investment operation, overseas infrastructure construction, logistics and African agriculture. Following the important instruction President Xi Jinping and Premier Li have given to CGCOC during their visit to Africa, CGCOC is now working hard to build service platforms, namely “a partnership for Africa’s development” and “a bridge for China-Africa cooperation”.
