2019年3月19日，云大非洲中心张永宏主任、梁益坚副主任受邀赴北京参加外交部“中非联合研究交流计划指导委员会扩大会议”。

会议总结了中非联合研究交流计划2018年执行情况，就2019年实施方案进行研究部署。中非合作论坛中方后续行动委员会秘书长、中非联合研究交流计划指导委员会主任、外交部非洲司司长戴兵出席会议并讲话。中非联合研究交流计划指导委员会成员单位代表以及来自国内近30家对非研究学术机构的专家学者共约60人出席。

会议指出，中非合作论坛北京峰会成功举行，将中非关系全面推向历史新高。打造中非联合研究交流计划增强版，是峰会在人文交流领域推出的一项重要举措。中非联合研究交流计划的实施要紧密围绕峰会确立的目标，加强总体设计和统筹协调，积极探索新途径、新方式，引导国内涉非研究科学规划布局，深化对国别、区域和专题问题研究，加强对非公共外交和治国理政经验交流，加强政府部门和学术机构交流互动，促进非方更加积极参与中非智库交流合作，为推动落实论坛北京峰会成果、推动新形势下中非关系更大发展发挥积极作用。

On March 19, 2019, Director Zhang Yonghong and Deputy Director Liang Yijian of CASYNU were invited to attend the meeting of the steering committee of the China-Africa Joint Research Exchange Program in Beijing.

The meeting summed up the implementation of the China-Africa Joint Research Exchange Program in 2018 and conducted research and deployment on the 2019 implementation plan. Dai Bing, Director of the Africa Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. A total of 60 representatives from the 30 member units of the China-Africa Joint Research Exchange Program Steering Committee in China attended the meeting.

The meeting pointed out that the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation was successfully held, bringing China-Africa relations to a new high. The creation of an enhanced version of the China-Africa Joint Research Exchange Program is an important initiative of the Beijing Summit in the field of humanities exchange. The implementation of the China-Africa Joint Research Exchange Program should closely focus on the goals set by the summit, strengthen the overall design and overall coordination, promote the implementation of the Beijing Summit, and promote China-Africa relations under the new situation.
