2019年5月15-5月20日，云南大学非洲研究中心研究员张春受邀参加2019年波茨坦春季论坛。

波茨坦春季论坛由发展与和平基金会与德国国际合作部（GIZ）合作主办，在过去10年里已经成为有关非洲地区合作的重要论坛。

本届论坛是第20届，来自全球的约200人参加，聚焦非洲和平安全事务的自主权。张春研究员作为唯一的中国代表，在论坛第六节“非中合作：如何开展平等合作”作主题发言并回答了与会者的问题。

Prof. Zhang Chun was invited to participate the Potsdam Spring Dialogue 2019 held on May 15-20, 2019.

The Potsdam Spring Dialogues, organised by the Development and Peace Foundation in cooperation with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammen-arbeit (GIZ) GmbH, have become established as a major forum on regional cooperation in Africa in the past decade.

The Potsdam Spring Dialogue 2019 is the 20th Dialogue that gathered about 200 participants worldwide, with theme on “Peace and Security in Africa: Pathways to more regional ownership”. As the only representative from China, Prof Zhang Chun presented at the Session VI on the topic “African-Chinese Cooperation: What Might Cooperation among Equals Look Like” and answered questions raised by participants.
