2019年6月26—28日，云南大学非洲研究中心研究员张春受邀参加在广西南宁举办的第十三届中国—东盟社会发展与减贫论坛。

本届论坛主题为“面向联合国可持续发展目标的中国—东盟减贫合作”，由国务院扶贫开发领导小组办公室与广西壮族自治区人民政府联合主办，中国国际扶贫中心、广西壮族自治区扶贫开发办公室共同承办，东盟秘书处、亚洲开发银行、联合国开发计划署、中国国际经济技术交流中心等机构支持，来自中国和东盟国家的政府官员、专家学者、媒体记者以及国际组织、使领馆、企业、非政府组织代表200余人参加。张春研究员就“一带一路”框架下中国投资对东盟可持续发展的潜在影响作了主题发言。

Prof. Zhang Chun was invited to participate the 13th ASEAN-China Forum on Social Development and Poverty Reduction held on June 26-28, 2019, at Naning, Guangxi.

Under the theme of ASEAN-China poverty reduction cooperation within the framework of UN SDGs, more than 200 representatives from China and ASEAN countries, participated the 13th ASEAN-China Forum on Social Development and Poverty Reduction. Prof. Zhang Chun made a keynote speech on the Potential Impact of Chinese Investment on ASEAN's Sustainable Development under the framework of BRI.
