2019年7月29—31日，首届国际发展研究青年学术汇——“全球发展转型与新发展知识”在云南省西双版纳傣族自治州勐腊县河边村举行。本届青年学术汇由云南大学国际关系研究院主办，中国农业大学人文与发展学院/南南农业合作学院、复旦大学国际关系与公共事务学院协办，来自云南大学、中国农业大学、复旦大学、清华大学、中国社会科学院、外交学院、上海对外经贸大学、浙江师范大学、上海国际问题研究院等40多名中青年学者参加了此次学术活动，《文化纵横》、《国际展望》等专业期刊也到会支持。

国际发展研究青年学术汇由云南大学国际关系研究院、中国农业大学人文与发展学院/南南农业合作学院、复旦大学国际关系与公共事务学院共同发起，旨在构建跨学科互动平台，推动中国国际发展学科建设，建构中国国际发展研究学术共同体。本届青年学术汇围绕新发展知识、新发展合作、新发展治理、新发展评估、新发展视野及新发展范式等六个议题展开了热烈讨论，取得了良好效果。

云南大学副校长李晨阳教授代表云南大学参加会议，并作了“缅甸独立后对发展道路的探索与困境”大会主旨报告，得到参会者高度评价。

云南大学国际关系研究院研究员张春、博士研究生李岩、朱力轲作为会议承办方代表参会；李岩和朱力轲还负责整个会议后勤工作，为此次会议成功举办贡献重要力量。

From July 29 to 31, 2019, the First Youth Academic Symposium on International Development Research sponsored by the Institute of International Relations of Yunnan University, "Global Development Transformation and New Development knowledge", was held in Hebian Village, Mengla County, Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. The First Youth Academic Symposium on International Development Research is sponsored by the Institute of International Relations of Yunnan University and co-organized by the School of Humanities and Development of China Agricultural University / College of South-South Agricultural Cooperation and the School of International Relations and Public Affairs of Fudan University. More than 40 young and middle-aged scholars, including Yunnan University, Shanghai Institutes for International Studies, China Agricultural University, Fudan University, Tsinghua University, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, China Foreign Affairs University, Shanghai University of International Economics and Economics, Zhejiang Normal University, participated in the academic activity. Professional journals such as “Culture Vertical and horizontal” and “International Outlook” were also supported at the meeting.

The Youth Academic Symposium on International Development Research was co-sponsored by the Institute of International Relations of Yunnan University, the School of Humanities and Development of China Agricultural University / College of South-South Agricultural Cooperation, and the School of International Relations and Public Affairs of Fudan University. The purpose of this symposium is to build an interdisciplinary interactive platform, to promote the discipline construction of China's international development, and to construct an academic community of China's international development research. This symposium has carried out heated discussions on six topics, including new development knowledge, new development cooperation, new development governance, new development assessment, new development vision and new development paradigm, and achieved good results.

Professor Li Chenyang, vice president of Yunnan University, attended the meeting on behalf of Yunnan University and delivered a keynote report on "Exploration and Dilemma of Myanmar's Development path after Independence", which was highly appraised by the participants.

Zhang Chun, research professor of the Institute of International Relations of Yunnan University, Li Yan and Zhu Like, Ph.D. candidate, attended the meeting as representatives of the organizers of the conference. Li Yan and Zhu Like are also responsible for the logistics of the conference and contributed to the success of the conference.
