“深化中非经贸合作”研讨会在云南大学召开

由云南大学国际关系研究院和云南大学非洲研究中心联合主办“深化中非经贸合作”研讨会于2019年11月15日在云南大学召开,来自中国社会科学院西亚非洲研究所、中国国际问题研究会、上海国际问题研究院、外交学院、上海外国语大学、西安外国语大学、陕西中医药大学、联合国“非洲制造倡议”、中地海外路桥建设有限公司等10余所国内知名高校和智库、企业的20余位学者、专家出席会议。云南大学副校长李晨阳教授致开幕辞,云南大学非洲研究中心主任贺鉴教授,中国前驻卢旺达大使、中国国际问题研究会高级研究员舒展作会议总结。


与会专家学者围绕“深化中非经贸合作”的国际战略环境、具体合作领域及应有的政策保障等议题展开生动且深入的研讨。与会代表一致认为,中非经贸合作在过去20年里已经取得了重要成就;中非经贸合作正逐渐转向贸易与投资并重,正从工程承包为主转向融资带动、链条性投资为主的合作模式。但中非经贸合作仍面临诸多挑战,如国际环境不确定性明显上升、投资理念和模式迫切需要升级、不实的“债务陷阱论”批评等。要推动中非经贸合作迈向可持续发展,就必须强化政策落实机制、加大海外利益保护力度、升级对外投资合作的理念与手段,并对涉非三方合作持开放态度。同时,前瞻性、战略性研究是深化中非经贸合作关系所急需的智力支持。

On November 15, “Deepening Sino-Africa economic and trade cooperation” workshop sponsored by the Institute of International relations, Yunnan University and Center for African Studies, Yunnan University, was held in Donglu campus of Yunnan University. More than 20 experts and scholars from government departments, research institutions, well-known universities and enterprises attended the workshop.

Professor Li Chenyang, vice president of Yunnan University, attended the workshop on behalf of Yunnan University and delivered a keynote speech, and Professor He Jian, director of Center for African Studies, Yunnan University, ambassador Shu Zhan made a summary, which were highly appraised by the participants.

Experts and scholars made speeches and exchanged discussions on topics as “deepening the international strategic environment for Sino-Africa economic and trade cooperation”, “deepening the research in the field of Sino-Africa economic and trade cooperation”, “deepening the policy guarantee for Sino-Africa economic and trade cooperation”,etc. Participants agreed unanimously that to promote Sino-Africa economic and trade cooperation to sustainable development tendency, it is necessary to strengthen the mechanism of policy implementation, strengthen the protection of overseas interests, upgrade the idea and means of foreign investment cooperation, and hold an open attitude toward the tripartite cooperation involving Africa. At the same time, forward-looking and strategic research is an urgent intellectual support for deepening Sino-Africa economic and trade cooperation.
