2019年11月28日，由中国亚非学会、中国国际问题研究基金会非洲研究中心、中国非洲研究院共同主办的“非洲形势中的重大现实与热点问题”学术研讨会在北京召开。中心张春研究员、梁益坚副研究员和两名研究生受邀参会。

本次学术活动由主题报告会和专题研讨会两部分构成。外交部非洲司孙保红大使在“当前非洲形势与中非关系”主题报告会上，就当前非洲形势与中非关系发表了主旨演讲。中国非洲研究院常务副院长、中国社会科学院西亚非洲研究所所长李新烽主持了主题报告。在专题研讨阶段，与会代表围绕“非洲形势中的重大现实与热点问题”这一主题，就非洲总体形势与走势、非洲次区域形势、非洲国别形势、非洲热点问题等相关议题进行了深入热烈的研讨。在专题讨论阶段，中心张春研究员发表了题为“非洲之角安全复合体的演变”的发言，梁益坚副研究员以“南非排外原因及影响”为题做了发言。

On November 28, 2019, an academic seminar on major current and hot issues in the situation in Africa was held in Beijing. Researcher Zhang Chun, associate researcher Liang Yijian and two graduate students were invited to attend the conference.

During the panel discussion, researcher Zhang Chun of the centre delivered a presentation entitled “The evolution of the security complex in the Horn of Africa”, associate researcher Liang Yijian delivered a presentation on “the causes and effects of exclusion in South Africa” .
