2019年12月10日，首届“中国云南—莫桑比克经贸投资座谈会”在云南昆明举行。中心梁益坚副主任应邀参会。

莫桑比克代表团一行25人。中地海外集团路桥公司、中国铜业集团、云南建投、云南交投、云南工投、云南农垦集团、云南能投、云南数字电视文化传媒公司、云南大学、云南民族大学等云南企业和高校应邀参会。莫桑比克代表团与云南企业、高校进行了广泛交流，并就云南省与莫桑比克开展经贸合作的具体领域和优惠政策进行了充分讨论。梁益坚以“中非经贸合作与云南的机遇”为题做了发言。

On December 10, 2019, “The 1st China(Yunnan)-Mozambique Economic and Trade Symposium” was held in Kunming, Yunnan, China. Deputy Director Liang Yijian of CASYNU was invited to attend the meeting.

The Mozambican delegation has a team of 25 people. Yunnan enterprises and universities were invited to attend the meeting. The Mozambican delegation had extensive exchanges with enterprises and universities of Yunnan, and fully discussed the specific areas and preferential policies for economic and trade cooperation between Yunnan Province and Mozambique. Liang Yijian made a speech under the title of “China-Africa Economic and Trade Cooperation and Yunnan's Opportunities”.
