2020年9月11日上午，云大国关院非洲、西亚方向举行了6名2018级硕士研究生学位论文开题论证会。专家组由云南省社科院李丽老师、云大国关院张永宏老师、姚继德老师、贺鉴老师和梁益坚老师组成。贺鉴老师担任组长。

各位老师对6位硕士研究生的开题报告进行了充分的分析论证，提出了大量富有建设性的修改意见。老师们强调，选题的研究范围要精准，有充分的科学理论依据，研究内容要具体明确，框架要合理，研究方法要得当。

各位老师商议后认为，6位同学的开题报告在修改后同意通过，并叮嘱硕士研究生们要重视专家组的建议，对开题中存在的问题进行认真修改完善，按照研究计划高质量按时完成学位论文。

On the morning of September 11, 2020, International Relations School of Yunnan University held the master’s degree thesis proposal argumentation meeting for the students studying in Africa and West Asia. The expert group was composed of Li Li from the Yunnan Academy of Social Sciences, and Zhang Yonghong, Yao Jide, He Jian and Liang Yijian from the Institute of International Relations of Yunnan University(IIRYNU). Professor He Jian served as the group leader.

The teachers have fully analyzed and demonstrated the report of the 6 master students, and put forward a large number of constructive suggestions for revision. The teachers emphasized that the research scope of the topic selection should be accurate, with sufficient scientific theoretical basis, the research content should be specific and clear, the framework should be reasonable, and the research methods should be appropriate.

After the discussion, the teachers thought that the 6 students’ thesis proposal report was approved after the revision, and urged the students to pay attention to the experts group’s suggestions, carefully revise and improve the problems in the proposal, and complete the dissertation with high quality and on time according to the research plan.
