摘要：走新型工业化发展道路是非洲未来的发展趋势。推动非洲新型工业化发展，一方面需要实现农业的现代化和粮食的基本自给；另一方面需要提高劳动生产率，使劳动力从传统部门逐渐转移到现代部门。在非洲新型工业化发展趋势下，实现粮食自给的现代农业、生产日常消费品的进口替代产业、发挥比较优势的出口导向产业和兑现人口红利的人力资本培育是值得关注的四个重点领域。这有助于非洲实现粮食自给、减少贸易逆差、创造更多的就业岗位和培育更多的优秀人才，为非洲新型工业化发展打下坚实的基础。

Abstract：Taking the road of new industrialization development is the future development trend of Africa. To promote the development of new industrialization in Africa, on the one hand, it is necessary to realize the modernization of agriculture and the basic self-sufficiency of food; on the other hand, it is necessary to increase labor productivity and gradually shift the labor force from the traditional sector to the modern sector. Under the trend of new industrialization in Africa, the modern agriculture that realizes food self-sufficiency, the import substitution industry that produces daily consumer goods, the export-oriented industry that exerts comparative advantage, and the human capital cultivation that realizes the demographic dividend are four key areas worthy of attention.
