摘要：在传统工业化经济增长方式下，非洲经济发展严重受制于人口、资源和环境等几个关键因素，陷入了“有增长、无发展”的困境。本文认为，要改变这一困境，非洲需要推动新型工业化的发展，加强市场一体化建设。非洲新型工业化的发展方向就是要坚持走社会经济的可持续发展之路，减少使用不可再生资源和破坏环境，朝着生产资料的“非稀缺化”和生存环境改善的方向发展。非洲市场一体化建设是非洲新型工业化与非洲农村发展的纽带和桥梁，有助于促进区域内资源的自由流动和优化配置，实现新型工业化的发展方式。

Abstract： Under the traditional industrialized economic growth mode，Africa's economic development is severely constrained by several key factors，such as population， resources and environment，and has plunged into the predicament of “growth without development”. African new-type industrialization is to stick to the road of sustainable development of society and economy，reduce the use of non-renewable resources and environmental damage，and move towards the “non-scarcity” of the means of production and the improvement of  the living environment. African market integration is the link and new bridge between Africa's new-type industrialization and rural development. It helps to promote the free flow and optimal allocation of resources within the region and realize the new-type industrialization development mode.
