内容提要：新时代中非法学教育合作具有特殊的背景，即中国特色社会主义进入新时代、“一带一路”倡议和“双一流”建设的提出。同时，中非法学教育合作也存在着高校建设差异、法学学科建设差异、教育模式差异及其相关问题。推进新时代中非法学教育合作，应当从以下几个方面入手：充分利用现有国际平台开展合作、大力推进中非法学学历教育合作、特别重视中非法学非学历教育合作，进而实现中非法学教育交流的不断深化。

Abstract: In the new era, cooperation in legal education between China and Africa emerges in a special background. Socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a “new era”, and there are new requirements for the “Belt and Road” initiative and the “Double First-Class” construction. At the same time, there are some differences in the construction of colleges and universities, in the construction of legal disciplines, and in educational models and related issues concerning the Sino-Africa cooperation in legal education. To promote the Sino-Africa cooperation in legal education in the new era, the following points are worth trying: make full use of existing international platforms to carry out cooperation, vigorously promote Sino-Africa cooperation in legal education with academic qualifications，and attach special importance to Sino-Africa cooperation in non-academic legal education, so as to realize the deepening of Sino-Africa legal education exchanges．
