内容提要：暴力排外现象是现阶段南非社会长期存在的一个突出问题。南非排外现象与种族隔离的历史有着直接的内在联系。长期的种族隔离在社会结构、文化认同、行为方式和发展进程等层面对南非社会造成深远的负面影响，即使在种族隔离制度结束之后，种族主义意识形态依然发挥着潜在的消极作用。南非排外问题需要从种族主义层面来认识和治理:通过泛非主义来消除自卑、自恨的畸形心理，通过心理上的解放来消除种族主义的遗毒。

Abstract: Violent xenophobia is a long-standing problem in the current South African society. Xenophobia in South Africa is directly related to its apartheid history. Long-term apartheid has had a profound negative impact on the South African society in terms of social structure, cultural identity, behavioral patterns, and development processes. Even after the apartheid system came to an end, racist ideology is still playing a potentially negative role. The issue of xenophobia in South Africa needs to be understood and addressed on the level of racism, namely eliminating the abnormal mentality of inferiority and self-hate through Pan-Africanism and the evil legacy of racism through psychological liberation.
