摘 要∶影响唐王朝国家安全的因素包括地理位置、人口构成、政治制度、经济制度等因素在内的自然 因素和社会内素。唐王朝进行了以政治安全、军事安全和社会安全等为核心的国家安全建设。其政治安全建设 主 要是礼法并
用。以礼辅法来维护正统李唐皇权统治;其军事安全建设 主要为强兵兴兵、开疆扩土;其社会安全建设 主要体现在执行松紧并举的社会政策。政治安全建设创造了李唐盛世，但其不稳定的皇位继承制度也给后世带来了严重的不利和景响∶军事安全建设一一方面扩展了康 王.朝版图但因其致命弱占——重北轻南导致 了其统治中 后期的不社会动荡，
社会安全建设一方面使音乐和诗歌得到了极大发展，另一方面却也成为儒学失坠、诚信渐衰的重要原因。从唐王朝国家安全建设中吸取经验与养分，新时代中国国家安全建设始终以人民为中心，巩固和发展中国特色国防事业，建设新时代中国特色社会主义文化，并严厉打击危害国家安全行为。

Abstract:The factors affecting the national security of the Tang Dynasty included natural factors and social factors such as geograph-ical location,population composition,political system,and economic system. The emperors of the Tang Dynasty carried out construc-tion of national security with political security, military security,and social security as its core content. Firstly, the construction of po-litical security mainly lay in the combined use of etiquettes and laws,with rituals supplementary to maintain the orthodox rule of Li Tang imperial power. Secondly, the construction of military security was to build a strong army in order to meet the needs of territory expansion. Lastly, the construction of social security was mainly manifested in the implementation of a social policy with equal empha-sis on easiness and strictness. The construction of political security helped to create the prosperous Tang Dynasty, but its unstable sys-tem of succession to the throne also brought serious adverse effects to later generations. The construction of military security expanded the territory of the Tang Dynasty, however,because of its Achilles'heel - attaching importance to the north while making light of the south,led to the social turmoil in the middle and later period of its rule. And the construction of social security on the one hand greatly contributed to the development of poetry and music,while on the other,it became an important reason for the gradual decline of the Confucianism and integrity. Drawing on experience and nutrient from the Tang Dynasty's national security construction,China's na-tional security construction in the new era has always been centering on the people. It has consolidated and developed national defense with Chinese characteristics,built a socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, and severely cracked down on acts that jeopardize our national security.
