    摘要：20世纪60年代非洲国家独立后，英国加强对非洲国家投资力度。英国投资非洲主要是为摆脱自20世纪90年代以来在欧盟框架下对非投资政策的束缚，希望通过投资非洲彰显其大国责任与形象、扩大其在非洲市场的影响力。英国政府为推动对非洲投资，不断完善以“英非投资峰会“为平台、以“贸易+投资““援助+投资“为互动机制的建设。当前，英国对非洲投资呈现出以南部非洲为重点，向非洲其他地区辐射；从采矿业向多元领域投资的特征。通过比较分析发现，中英两国在对非投资中存在外交定位、投资领域和投资效果等方面的差异，为未来中英非三方合作提供了一定空间。

Abstract:After the independence of African countries in the 1960s, the UK increased its investment in African countries. UK 's investment in Africa is primarily to escape the shackles of its investment policy under the EU framework since the 1990s. The UK also hopes to highlight its responsibility and image as a big country and expand its influence in the African market by investing in Africa. In order to promote investment in Africa, the UK government has continuously improved the construction of the “UK-Africa Investment Summit”as the platform and the“Trade + Investment”“Assistance + Investment”as the interactive mechanism. At present, the UK investment in Africa focuses on Southern Africa and radiates to other parts of Africa,and from mining to diverse sectors. The comparative analysis of China's and UK's investment in Africa finds that there are differences be-tween the two countries in diplomatic orientation,investment fields and investment effect, which provides a certain space for China-UK-Africa tripartite cooperation in the future.
