“Strategic Study on Chinese Foreign’s Aid and China’ s International Responsibility ” written by Professor Liu Hongwu released in Beijing University

On December 16, 2013, “People Forum on International Social Responsibility” was held in the Yingjie International Conference Center of Beijing University. On this forum, the latest achievement of some scholars-including Professor Liu Hongwu, the director of academic committee of Yunnan University Center of African Studies-“Strategic Study on Chinese Foreign’s Aid and China’s International Responsibility” released officially, which was highly appreciated by the participants.
