8月17日至21日，非洲研究中心王涛副教授赴新疆喀什，出席由喀什大学、国际关系学院、中国国际问题研究院、上海外国语大学中东研究所联合主办的“国际反恐形势新发展与中巴经济走廊安全环境评估”学术研讨会，以及中巴经济走廊喀什研究院成立暨首届喀什-瓜达尔研讨会。来自北京大学、清华大学、中国人民大学、南开大学、外交学院、中国社科院、上海外国语大学、云南大学等的200多名专家、学者与会。王涛副教授做了题为“恐怖主义动荡弧：基于体系视角的解读”的发言。

17-21, August, associate professor Wang Tao went to Kashgar attending “The Meeting of Current Situation of International Counter-terrorism and the Security Assessment of CPEC” and “The Founding Congress of Kashgar Research Institute of CPEC”.

At the meeting, Wang Tao made a speech of “Analysis of Terrorism Arc of Instability from the Perspective of System”.
